12 Word Searches

This is a puzzle book. You can print it out and solve with a pencil, but I recommend opening it in a PDF viewer and drawing on it with the highlighter tool. (This makes it easier to erase when puzzles get tough!)

Use a PDF-annotator but NOT Firefox's built-in viewer. The easiest options are probably Microsoft Edge or Kami (web.kamihq.com). Xournal++ seems great if you don't mind installing a new program (https://xournalpp.github.io/installation/.

• Xournal++ (https://xournalpp.github.io/installation/) is open-source and you can enable right-click erase in Edit --> Preferences --> Mouse.
• Drawboard (https://www.drawboard.com/download) has the best default controls (tool palette, right-click erase) but is pushy about upgrading to premium.

In-Browser:

• Microsoft Edge has no undo button or opacity options, but the highlighter should work fine.
• Kami (web.kamihq.com) can be laggy and requires sign-in but is pretty easy to use.  Use either the markup highlighter tool ("freehand"), or the pen tool (size 6, opacity 50%).
• SmallPdf (smallpdf.com/edit-pdf) seems okay but I haven't tested it much. Might have an daily export limit?

Alternatively, you can print it out and solve with pencil and eraser.
