A few small changes from v1.0 and v1.1. For anyone curious:
- Puzzles 2 and 3 have a new blot, for a bit more challenge.
- Puzzle 8 has a new sketch, for the incredulous.
- Additional page added to the end, for the confused.
- v1.1 fixed the extra "A" in v1.0 ultra-wide
